Every product is custom made to order, so it can take a few days before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience and we know it will be well worth the wait.
All of our cables have a 2 year warranty for the original owner with the original receipt. We handcraft all our cables with great care to ensure a quality product, but if there is an issue with your cable under normal usage, we will repair or replace the cable. If we determine that the issues are not due to normal usage, then we will offer reasonable rates for repair or replacement.
Since our cables are custom made, we cannot offer refunds or replacements simply due to a change of mind.
